1. Free changes within 24 hours
Most bookings can be changed free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation, provided travel is more than 72 hours away.
2. Refundable vs non-refundable rates
Each hotel or package rate is labelled refundable or non-refundable before you book. Refundable rates can be cancelled per the stated deadline (usually 24–48h before check-in). Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded once confirmed.
3. Flights
Airline tickets follow the airline's fare rules, which we share with you before ticketing. Some fares allow changes with a fee; promotional fares are often non-refundable.
4. Visa fees
Service fees for visa applications are non-refundable once processing begins. Government fees follow the issuing authority's policy.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned by the same method used to pay, normally within 7–14 business days of supplier confirmation.
6. Force majeure
If your trip is affected by events outside anyone's control (natural events, government restrictions), we work with suppliers to secure credit notes or refunds wherever possible.
