We share your details only with the suppliers needed to deliver your booking (hotels, airlines, visa authorities, tour operators) and never sell your data to third parties.
4. WhatsApp communication
Most of our service runs over WhatsApp. Messages are subject to WhatsApp's own encryption and terms. Please don't send payment card details over chat — we'll never ask for them.
5. Retention & your rights
We keep booking records as required by UAE regulations. You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing us or messaging our team.
